Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

We deliver across India through our trusted logistics partners. Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:

Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days.

Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days.

Remote and northeastern locations: 7–10 business days.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders. 

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on most serviceable pin codes across India.

Delays

While we and our partners do our best, deliveries can occasionally be delayed due to weather, regional disruptions, or courier issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, repeated unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, we'll reach out to you. Re-shipping will require additional shipping charges.
